There’s also this weird delay in between casts that makes your character stuck. The bounces are not fast enough, and the attack speed is slow.
Chain Lightning, as an AoE skill, is garbage. I do think spells that cost mana don’t do enough damage. I also don’t know how it compares with other classes honestly - it would take me 100+ hours to do a proper comparison, and taking people’s word for it is not really good science if I have to be honest as everyone has different expectations. I haven’t switched classes because the thought of replaying dozens of hours makes me want to quit more than just roughing it out. I’m level 59, and I don’t think I’ve ever loved the sorc.

Mmmm stuns work on bosses, the more ccs the faster staggering charges, it is a sort of “stun” and it works for all effects (frozen, stun, slow etc) don’t know i had no problems with arc-chain build till level 50, i died something like 5 times in 50 level, then i died 6 times at capstone trying first pyro then permafrost (both fextralife builds, the pyro seemd really useless), i optimized a little my ice items, and beat it hardly, but now in T3, i took some good aspects, some good legendarys, and i melt anything at level 54 (tactician glyph and all rare and magic requisites around, gone for rare +37% non physical), i just finished a dungeon and did the boss in under a minute, it went in staggering after 15 seconds, and i just DELETED 70% of his life in those 10 seconds… helltides are really fast to do… don’t know how it will be in future levels but for now i really melt anything,
